About Cass

With a rich background in corporate and higher education, I have years of experience guiding and developing global teams. Having worked in leadership roles at some top organizations (Bose and Harvard to name a few), my previous career as a marketer helps me understand how to create spaces that foster growth and connection. My coaching approach is rooted in helping teams cultivate authentic environments where individuals feel valued and supported. Drawing from real-world experience, I empower leaders to navigate challenges, build trust, and develop practices that lead to meaningful, lasting change.
