Empowerment Coach

I believe we’re all born with the same level of innate power. Unfortunately, life experiences — whether it’s career, family, or systemic oppression — can make us forget how powerful we are. As your coach, I seek to help you challenge limiting beliefs, trust your inner knowing, and improve your sense of confidence. By the end of your coaching experience, you will feel the impact across different areas of your life.

When I’m happiest

With my family

I live in the Boston area with my husband, two kids, and our dog. We love family game nights. The kids are just as competitive as mom and dad, so it can get a little rowdy, but there are always lots of laughs.

By the ocean

My parents are originally from Haiti, and I’m an island girl through-and-through. The beach is my happy place. It’s where I feel most “at home,” most energized, and most connected to myself and nature.

When I’m dancing

I danced from childhood through college. While my knees and hips don’t flex the same, I feel the same sense of joy I always have. Give me a drumbeat and I’m moving.

Why I do this work

Because self-exploration is the key to feeling more empowered.

Everyone deserves to feel safe and supported, as they examine the deepest parts of themselves to rediscover their power. But, let’s be honest, it can be a scary process, especially when you’ve been conditioned to deprioritize your emotional needs.

I became a coach to help others navigate the often intimidating journey of self-discovery. Through my practice, I create an environment where my clients can be curious and gentle with themselves, as they gain insights that will transform their lives.

Other things to know

From marketing leader to empowerment coach

I worked in marketing for over 15 years, leading strategy for global brands, and partnering with some of the most brilliant minds in the field. I sat on panels and was nominated for awards. But with every goal achieved, I could not overcome the self-doubt and the constant need to prove my value. Through my own work with a coach, I realized that the challenges of being in the corporate world (particularly, being a Black woman in corporate) were intertwined with deeper, emotional themes. Now as a coach, I accept that WORK and LIFE are inherently interconnected. With this lens, I help my clients recognize the patterns and gain lessons that transform all aspects of their lives.

Music saved me many times

Sometimes songs can say the words we can’t speak ourselves. Throughout the many hardships in my life, music has been my closest confidant and unwavering supporter. Today, my home is always filled with music — from Haitian Kompa to Cleo Sol and everything in between.

MyApproach

I take a decolonized approach to coaching.

You will be compassionately guided toward what aligns with you, rather than be preached at with a five-step plan to solve all your problems.

I believe humans are multidimensional.

Hardships we experience in our careers are often connected to our personal struggles. This wholistic perspective allows me to guide you towards transformation that impacts various parts of your life.
